Parents, this is a required assignment that must be completed by
YOU only. You will also be asked to go over a few things with
your child during your completion of the assignment. Thank you
in advance for your cooperation!
This assignment is designed for you to become familiarized with
my website and class. Please complete the following five steps.
1. Please explore my website and become accustomed with its format.
2. Click on the Current Events tab and read about Current Events. Please
go over this page with your child.
3. Click on the Important Class Info tab. Please scroll to the bottom and
click the link for parent/printer version. Please print this page, go over with your
child, and both sign the bottom. Find the due date for the signed page!
4. Click on the Contact Miss Pew tab.
5. Contact me! It is essential that I am able to contact all parents through
the year to discuss the progress of their child. Please email me from an email
account that you check at least once a day (my primary contact method is
email). In this email, please provide me with a phone number where you can be
reached during the day, and ANY and ALL information I should know about your
child! Feel free to write a few sentences, or a book! I try to cater my lessons
towards my students’ interests, so any help in uncovering these interests would
be wonderful. Any information shared with me will remain between us and your
child’s Team 6A teachers, unless a specific request is made.
